- Worldwide Marine Services will ensure compliance with all national/international laws, regulations, decrees which are applicable to our business.
- We will ensure that none of our employees/agents shall, give or receive gifts, payments, loans, gratuities , for any purpose whatsoever from any person, firm, corporation, governmental , or other body in connection with the performance of duties as Port Agent.
- We will ensure that none of our employees, representatives, agents or subcontractors engage in any activities that might reasonably be considered to be contrary to the interests of our Principals.
